Executive Assistant - Sydney, CBD
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly respected Director based in Sydney. This is a senior position that goes far beyond traditional diary and inbox management. It calls for someone sharp, organised and trustworthy who can confidently act as a bridge between the Director, the CIO and the General Counsel.
The right person will not only handle the day-to-day running of the Director’s office but will also play an active role in supporting high-level decisions and managing important projects. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to be seen as a valued advisor rather than just support.
While the role covers all the usual EA responsibilities, the Director is also looking for someone with strong business sense and ideally a background in law. The ability to review major contracts and provide thoughtful feedback would be highly regarded. There is a clear opportunity for this position to grow over time, both in scope and salary, for the right long-term fit.
