Private Nanny, Clovelly, NSW
Verbind Partners is looking for an experienced Nanny to support a small family of three in Clovelly, NSW, Australia.
This is a live-out position, ideal for someone who is nurturing, discreet, and dedicated to providing stability and care within a warm family environment. The household values consistency, loyalty, and someone who can create a safe and engaging space for their child. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some flexibility to assist on weekends when required. The family is seeking someone experienced with infants under the age of one.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care for the child, ensuring safety and wellbeing
Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities,
Manage feeding, naps, and daily routines in line with family preferences
Assist with child-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying play areas, and maintaining a clean environment
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Communicate openly with parents regarding progress
Support occasional travel or weekend needs if required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience in private households
Demonstrated experience caring for infants under 1 year old
Knowledge of child development and ability to support learning milestones
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
First Aid/CPR certification required
Early childhood qualifications preferred but not essential
Compensation and Package:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some flexibility for weekends
Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid leave, superannuation contribution
Start Date: ASAP
Live-out only – local candidates or those willing to relocate at their own expense
