A private family residence in Utah is seeking two experienced and dedicated Housekeepers to join their household team. This is a full-time, permanent position working alongside an established team of staff, including two other housekeepers, under the direction of the Estate Manager.

The home is large and beautifully maintained, so this role will suit someone energetic, hands-on, and detail-oriented who takes real pride in their work. The environment is professional but warm, and the team works closely together to keep the property running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and general upkeep of all areas of the home

• Maintaining the kitchen to a high standard, including cleaning after meal preparation and service

• Laundry management including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care

• Care and handling of fine furnishings, surfaces, and china

• Supporting with household organization and property maintenance as needed

• Working collaboratively with the other housekeepers and wider household team to ensure seamless operations

About You:

• Prior experience working in a private household, luxury estate, or yachting environment

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks

• Comfortable working as part of a team, with no hierarchy among staff

• Reliable, discreet, and able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Physically fit and comfortable with an active role in a large home

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Compensation:

• Salary between USD $85,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience

• Relocation support or stipend available for the right candidate
