Verbind Partners is working with a lovely family in Brisbane who are seeking an experienced and professional Nanny to join their household on a permanent basis.

This is a live-out role, best suited for someone who is nurturing, reliable, and able to provide consistency and care across multiple age groups. The family of 5 is warm, active, and values a positive outlook, discretion, and someone who can create a safe and engaging environment for their children. Your schedule will be 20–30 hours per week, spread over 2–3 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for three young children, including school routines, daily activities, and developmental needs

• Support with an infant as feeding routines allow, with increasing responsibility as the child grows

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children

• Assist with light child-related housekeeping such as tidying play areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Communicate openly and clearly with parents regarding progress and routines

• Provide flexibility to support occasional changes in schedule if needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience in private households

• Experience caring for young children and infants

• Knowledge of child development and ability to support milestones

• Positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

• First Aid/CPR certification required

• Early childhood qualifications desirable but not essential

Compensation and Package:

• Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, over 2–3 days

• Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 p/h, depending on experience

• Permanent role with a supportive and welcoming family

• Start Date: Immediate

• Live-out only – local candidates or those willing to relocate at their own expense
