Verbind Partners is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on live-in couple to support a prestigious 7-bedroom, 1.3-acre beachfront estate comprising two residences (Beach House and Pool House) with two swimming pools. This is a unique long-term opportunity for seasoned professionals with extensive private household and hospitality experience. The estate is used by the owners approximately 4 to 10 weeks per year, with the remainder rented to high-end short-term guests. The couple will ensure the property is maintained at the highest standards year-round, with a focus on discretion, hospitality, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Chef & House Manager (Partner A)

• Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals for owners and guests, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, accommodating dietary requirements

• Create casual and elevated menus for formal entertaining

• Source, stock, and maintain all kitchen inventory

• Welcome and host owners and guests

• Provide light concierge-style services, including restaurant reservations etc.

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry, ensuring high standards of cleanliness

• Coordinate pre- and post-rental inspections

• Maintain household schedules, track expenses, and communicate with owners

• Occasional bartending, cocktail service, and informal food preparation as needed

Property & Systems Manager (Partner B)

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, solar, HVAC, security, and internet systems

• Schedule and supervise contractors for major repairs and servicing

• Maintain pools, sauna, gym equipment, and exterior spaces

• Supervise and support gardener’s weekly activities and seasonal landscaping

• Maintain vehicles, golf carts, mules, and bikes; operate boats

• Perform daily security checks, storm preparation, and emergency first response

• Assist with transportation of owners and guests to and from airports

• Provide occasional light gardening, beach setup, and pet care as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in high-level private household, luxury villa, yacht, or boutique hospitality roles

• Proven experience in managing or supervising household and property staff

• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professional service standards

• Strong culinary skills for Partner A; strong property maintenance, technical, and landscaping skills for Partner B

• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized

Compensation & Package:

• Schedule: Live-in; flexible hours to cover owner and guest needs

• Start Date: 1st November 2025

• Rate: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum
