This is for permanent placements. A standard fee is charged only after a candidate is successfully placed. It is best for long-term roles and offers a simple, no-commitment approach until hiring is complete.
Direct Hire
Ideal for short-term or flexible needs. This covers candidates hired on a contract basis, typically working month to month. It allows clients to scale staffing up or down based on project or seasonal needs.
Contract Hire
This is a more committed hiring approach. A deposit is paid upfront to start the search, and the remaining fee is charged only once a placement is made. It ensures focused priority on your role.
