Verbind Partners is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a formal private household in Miami Beach. This is a full-time, live-out position offering long-term stability for an experienced candidate who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, beautifully presented home.

The family consists of two principals with older children who visit regularly, as well as a well-trained dog. The household is calm, respectful, and structured, with an emphasis on privacy, consistency, and high standards. They value professionalism, discretion, and staff who take initiative and genuinely care about the quality of their work. This is not a high-pressure environment, but expectations around presentation and attention to detail are high.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the residence, supporting daily household routines, and assisting with occasional family gatherings and events. The role would suit someone who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other household staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization across all areas of the home

• Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including handwashing, ironing, steaming

• Care for fine linens, designer clothing, and delicate fabrics

• Assist with kitchen upkeep, including dishwashing and maintaining tidy space

• Support family gatherings, holidays, and occasional formal or informal events

• Refresh and prepare household spaces at the end of each day

• Assist with travel preparation, including packing and unpacking

• Provide light dog care, such as feeding and maintaining clean dog areas

• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to household management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience working in a formal private household

• Strong laundry and wardrobe care skills, including steaming, ironing, and fabric care

• Familiarity with fine furnishings, specialty finishes, and formal service standards

• Highly discreet, professional, and service-minded with excellent attention to detail

• Able to work independently while collaborating as part of a household team

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Professional references and background check required

Compensation & Package

• Schedule: Five days per week, either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekend support on rotation

• Rate: $35.00 per hour
