The Outlook for 2024–2026

The past year has been slower for many candidates and employers, largely influenced by uncertainty around the elections and wider economic caution. This resulted in delayed hires, longer decision making processes and a noticeable shift toward short term or interim solutions.

Now that the market is beginning to settle, confidence is returning and families are planning ahead again. Enquiries are picking up, long term roles are reappearing and there is clearer stability across key states. While 2024 and early 2025 have been transitional, the outlook for 2026 is significantly more positive, with stronger hiring activity expected across private households, family offices and corporate support roles.

Clients are becoming more decisive, and candidates with well rounded experience, strong technical skills and UHNW exposure are expected to remain in high demand as the market strengthens.
